Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
• Engage in proactive communication to foster strong relationships with our clients and understand their needs
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our customer management system
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions and enhance customer satisfaction
• Analyze feedback and suggest improvements to our service processes based on client experiences
• Keep abreast of product knowledge and updates to provide informed assistance to clients

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
