Hitachi Digital Services is seeking a Platform Management Support Analyst in Portugal to handle selected operational support and reporting within a key third-party platform.

Reporting to the Service Manager, the role requires 3–5 years in ITSM/Help Desk, strong stakeholder and communication skills, and Monday.com experience. The position runs Monday–Friday, 1pm–10pm, with Portuguese holidays observed.

Qualificações

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, Application Support, L1/L2 Help Desk Support.
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving platform optimization initiatives.
• Experience supporting large user populations across multiple Business Units and onboarding/training activities.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Support for the 3rd party platform.
• User access provisioning and deprovisioning; access request processing and role management.
• License allocation, utilization monitoring, and onboarding coordination.
• Procurement lifecycle management including quotes, PRs, POs, invoicing and payments.
• First-line support for business units; intake management and request tracking.
• User onboarding and training sessions; reporting and knowledge management.
