Hitachi is seeking a Platform Management Support Analyst to handle operational support and reporting within a major 3rd party platform. You will report to the Service Manager in Portugal and drive onboarding, training, and user support across business units.

The role requires ITSM/L1-L2 support experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage procurement and vendor governance tasks. A BA/BS in business or IT is preferred, with a global, collaborative team environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or IT Eng.
• 3–5 years in IT Service Management / Application Support.
• Experience with enterprise-wide adoption programs and onboarding.
• Experience with Monday.com.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Support: user access provisioning, license allocation, procurement lifecycle management.
• Stakeholder Engagement: first-line support for business units and training sessions.
• Reporting & Knowledge Management: executive dashboards, KPI tracking, audit support.
• Compliance & Vendor Governance: contract governance, billing reconciliation, risk management.
