Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services, LLC is seeking a Platform Management Support Analyst in Portugal to join our IT Services team. You will provide operational support and reporting for a key 3rd party platform, reporting to the Service Manager in Portugal.

Responsibilities include user access provisioning, onboarding coordination, first-line business unit support, and KPI dashboards. You will work with international teams and ensure compliance and security.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT support and L1/L2 help desk roles.
• Experience identifying process improvements and supporting enterprise adoption.
• Experience supporting large user populations across multiple business units.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support: user access provisioning and onboarding coordination.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Business Unit Support: first-line support and intake management.
• Reporting, Documentation & Knowledge Management: KPI dashboards and audits.
• Compliance, Security & Vendor Governance - Support: contract and renewal governance, billing reconciliation.
