Job summary

Hitachi Digital Services, a global digital solutions provider, seeks a Platform Management Support Analyst in Portugal to manage a key third‑party platform. You will handle operational support, onboarding, licensing, procurement, and governance while coordinating with international teams and business units.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will deliver dashboards, risk and compliance reporting, and ongoing platform optimization.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in IT Service Management, Application Support, L1 / L2 Help Desk Support.
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities and driving platform optimization.
• Experience supporting large user populations across multiple Business Units, including onboarding, training and adoption.
• Monday.com experience.
