Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Service Representative – Sales to perform outbound calls, guide prospects through sign-up, and engage in consultative selling. You will manage the CRM, qualify leads, and work toward achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound sales and/or digital marketing experience.
• Proven sales experience with confidence in cold calling and targets.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM.
• Strong communication, questioning, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
• Ability to identify opportunities and deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Strategic and consultative approach to sales.
• Language: English
