Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to drive client outreach and sign-ups for an international digital project. You will connect with potential clients via outbound calls, nurture relationships, and guide leads through the platform.

The role requires 1–2 years in outbound sales or digital marketing, a strong CRM mindset, and an English level of C1 or higher. It offers full-time hours, initial training, and an international environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of outbound sales and/or digital marketing experience.
• Proven sales track record.
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Target-driven mindset.
• Experience with a CRM and sales pipeline.
• Strong communication and questioning skills.
• Consultative selling approach.
• Good understanding of digital marketing and digital media.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and influence decision-makers.
• Strategic and commercial mindset.
• English – C1 or higher.
