Cross Border Talents seeks a Customer Service Representative – Sales in Lisbon to drive outbound outreach and guide clients through sign-up. The role focuses on consultative selling, identifying opportunities, and engaging prospects with the platform while meeting targets.

The position requires strong communication skills and experience with CRM-based pipelines. Training is conducted in English, and the role offers a structured 40-hour work week.

Customer Service Representative – Sales

As a Sales Agent, you will make outbound calls to potential clients, guide them through the sign-up process, and help them become engaged with the platform. The role involves cold calling, lead qualification, consultative selling, objection handling, CRM management, and achieving sales targets.

Key Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in outbound sales and/or digital marketing.
• Proven sales experience with confidence in cold calling and meeting targets.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline using a CRM.
• Strong communication, questioning, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media advertising.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and deliver compelling sales pitches.
• Strategic and consultative approach to sales.

Language: English

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Training: Approximately 15 working days, 8 hours per day, conducted in English.

Training Allowance: €18.56 per day (€92.80 per 5-day week).

Gross Monthly Salary: €1,227.33, including base salary, meal allowance, and holiday/Christmas allowances.

Variable Bonus: Up to €300/month, based on performance.

Eligibility: Candidates must hold an EU Passport or a valid Portuguese residence permit.

SIGNING AND LOYALTY BONUS OF €1000 EACH IS BEING OFFERED.
