Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to support small and medium-sized businesses using digital advertising solutions in Lisbon, Portugal. This is a full-time, on-site role with a 40-hour week and rotating shifts, backed by a structured onboarding and intensive training program.

You will assist customers via chat, email, and phone, provide pre-sales and post-sales support, help users understand advertising tools, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality service

• Legal authorization to work in Portugal and reside in Lisbon.
