We are seeking a customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our growing team in Almada Portugal

As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through various online platforms. You will assist customers with their inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues and provide product recommendations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude and the ability to work independently. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$ per month and includes accommodation. Biometric passport is preferred but not required. This job is suitable for men and women.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through email chat or social media
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions
• Guide customers through the online shopping process
• Provide product recommendations based on customers needs and preferences
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members to improve customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent college degree preferred
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
