EliteHosts in Braga, Portugal is seeking an Online Consultant to provide professional customer support to online clients. You will use your communication skills and product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and issues.

The role is part-time (20 hours per week) with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within a friendly, supportive team.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive attitude towards finding solutions.
• Proficient computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Availability to work part-time hours 20 hours per week.
