SeaLink in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Online Consultant to deliver exceptional customer experiences across chat, email and social platforms. You will build strong relationships, understand customer needs and provide personalized solutions while promoting our services.

This contract role includes accommodation for the duration of the assignment. You should have excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced online environment.

We are hiring a skilled Online Consultant to join our team in Lisbon

As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers understanding their needs and providing them with personalized solutions You will also be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints as well as promoting our services and products The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences This is a contract position with accommodation provided

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Online Consultant or similar role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyFamiliarity with online platforms such as chat email and social media
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position

This position is based in Lisbon Portugal
