Oasis Wellness Oman seeks an Online Consultant to join our Almada-based team in Portugal. You will provide professional advice to clients via email, chat and social media, delivering timely, accurate responses and personalized solutions.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, has excellent written and verbal communication, and can work independently or in a team. English fluency is required; other languages are a plus. Note: accommodation is not provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using various online platforms for communication (email, chat, social media).
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Online Consultant to join our growing team in Almada As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing professional advice and support to clients through online channels such as email chat and social media

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of productsservices to effectively communicate benefits and features to clients
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in productsservices offered

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors degree preferred
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using various online platforms for communication email chat social media
• Fluent in English additional languages a plus
• Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

Salary 1700$ per month negotiable based on experience

Location Almada Portugal local candidates preferred
