As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing expert advice and assistance to clients through online platforms Your main goal will be to ensure client satisfaction and retention by effectively addressing their needs and concerns

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the process of using our online services and platforms
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote loyalty and retention
• Keep up-to-date with our products services and industry developments in order to provide accurate information to clients
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service or sales role
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Proficiency in using online tools and platforms for communication and research purposes
• Fluency in English additional languages are a plus
• Availability to work full-time 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule
