BrightHire in Lisbon, Portugal seeks an enthusiastic Online Consultant to provide customer support via email, chat and social media. This contract role offers a monthly salary of 1300 USD and requires legal work authorization in Portugal.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate interaction records while collaborating with the team to ensure excellent service and up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualificações

• No prior experience required, however candidates with customer service or online support experience are preferred.
• Strong written and spoken English is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with email/chat tools are expected.
• Legal eligibility to work in Portugal is required.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Lisbon Portugal As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to customers through various online channels including email chat and social media This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month

• Keep up-to-date with product knowledge in order to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements

• No previous experience required but candidates with prior customer service or online support experience will be preferred
• Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal is a must fluency in other languages is a plus
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt quickly to changes
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using different online communication tools eg email chat
• Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal
