Claranet is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our Porto-based team. You will install, monitor and manage software and hardware in Desktop Management environments, handling user accounts in Windows Active Directory and email systems.

You’ll diagnose network and system faults and assist other Claranet teams at client facilities, on-site at the Porto location. Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory; English is valued.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory; English is a plus.
• Experience troubleshooting and installing Windows and MacOS.
• Experience in Office 365 management (users, mailboxes, groups, licensing).
• Active Directory user and group management.
• Networking troubleshooting and configuration knowledge.
• CMDB assets management experience.
• CompTIA Certification/ITIL preferred.
• Remote access tools and ITSM tool knowledge.
• Valid driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Install, control and monitor software and hardware in Desktop Management environments.
• Implement requests for user account changes in Windows domain Active Directory and email management systems.
• Resolve issues primarily at client premises and/or remotely.
• Diagnose problems in the network and in systems or operating faults.
• Provide hands-on support to other Claranet teams at client facilities.
