Claranet in Lisbon seeks a Deskside Support Technician to join a rotating pool serving client sites, both on-site and remotely. You will install and monitor software/hardware, manage AD and email changes, and resolve desktop issues with a focus on fast, reliable service.

You must have at least a 12th grade education, Portuguese fluency, and experience with Windows, MacOS, and Office 365. A driving license and ITIL/CompTIA are advantageous.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12th grade level (mandatory).
• Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory).
• Fluency in English (valued).
• Experience in Windows OS and MacOS (troubleshooting & installation).
• Experience in Office 365 management (users, mailboxes, distribution lists, licensing, policies).
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications (troubleshooting & installation).
• Management of users and groups in Active Directory.
• Access and permissions management in Microsoft Fileshare.
• Hardware and peripherals troubleshooting, software and hardware installation.
• Knowledge of networking troubleshooting and configuration (valued).
• Experience in managing CMDB assets.
• Comptia Certification/ITIL (preferable).
• Remote access tools knowledge & ITSM tools.
• Driving License.

Responsabilidades

• Install, monitor and manage software and hardware in Desktop Management environments.
• Implement user account changes in Windows domain AD and email systems.
• Resolve issues at client sites or remotely.
• Diagnose network and system faults.
• Provide hands-on support to other Claranet teams at client facilities.
