Claranet Limited in Azambuja, Portugal, is looking for a Deskside Support Technician to join our internal IT team. You will install, monitor, and support software and hardware across our desktop environments and assist with Active Directory and Office 365 administration.

The role includes on-site and remote support at client facilities, troubleshooting Windows and MacOS, managing user accounts and access, and collaborating with IT teams to resolve issues quickly.

Qualificações

• Fluent Portuguese is mandatory for daily support.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and MacOS environments.
• Experience with Office 365 administration and user management.
• Knowledge of Active Directory users and groups management.
• Ability to manage access to file shares and permissions.
• Familiarity with ITSM processes and CMDB assets.
• Willingness to provide on-call support and driving license.

Responsabilidades

• Install, monitor and support software and hardware in desktop environments.
• Handle user account changes in Windows AD and email systems.
• Resolve issues on client premises or remotely.
• Diagnose network and system faults and assist other teams.
• Provide hands-on support to other Claranet teams at client facilities.
