Claranet Portugal is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our Azambuja team. You'll install, monitor, and troubleshoot software and hardware in desktop environments, and support Windows and MacOS users on-site and remotely.

Fluent Portuguese is required; English is valued. You will work with Active Directory, Office 365, and ITSM tools to resolve issues quickly and maintain user services at high availability.

Qualificações

• Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory.
• Fluency in English is valued.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS troubleshooting and installation.
• Experience managing Office 365 users, mailboxes, and policies.
• Experience in Active Directory user and group management.
• Familiarity with CMDB assets and ITSM tooling.

Responsabilidades

• Install, monitor and troubleshoot software/hardware in desktop environments.
• Implement user account changes in Windows domain AD and email management systems.
• Resolve issues at client premises or remotely.
• Diagnose network and system faults.
• Provide hands-on support to other Claranet teams at client facilities.
