Claranet Portugal is seeking a Servicedesk specialist to support a client on our Talent Team. You will provide first-line IT support for Windows and Office environments, handle stressful situations with professionalism, and ensure SLAs are met while maintaining reliable attendance.

A collaborative, results-driven culture awaits. Ideal candidates will have experience in telephone support, troubleshooting, and remote access tools, plus fluent English.

Qualificações

• Experience providing first-line IT support in Windows/Office environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for software/hardware issues.
• Experience in telephone support/customer service.
• English fluency, written and spoken.
• Willingness to work in shifts within provided windows.
• Knowledge of remote access tools for troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades
