A Claranet procura um técnico de Deskside Support para integrar a equipa, com base em Azambuja, Portugal. O candidato apoiará clientes com gestão de desktops, contas e email, resolvendo questões técnicas no local ou remotamente.

É valorizada a fluência em inglês e experiência com Windows/MacOS, Office 365, Active Directory e ITSM. Disponibilidade para suporte em regime on-site em Azambuja.

Qualificações

• Fluência em português obrigatória; inglês valorizado.
• Experiência com Windows e MacOS na resolução de problemas.
• Gestão de utilizadores e grupos no Active Directory.

Responsabilidades

• Instalar, controlar e monitorizar software e hardware em ambientes Desktop Management.
• Alteração de contas de utilizador no Active Directory e gestão de emails.
• Resolver problemas informáticos principalmente na localização do cliente ou remotamente.
• Diagnosticar problemas de rede e sistemas/operacionais.
• Apoiar equipas internas em instalações de clientes.

Right now, we are looking for a Deskside Support Technician to integrate our internal team, based in Azambuja.

Your responsibilities include:

• Proceeds to install, control and monitor software and hardware in our Desktop Management environments;
• Implements requests for user account changes in Windows domain Active Directory and email management systems;
• Resolves micro informatics issues primarily at the client's premises and / or remotely;
• Diagnosis of problems occurring in the network and in systems or operating faults;
• Hands and eyes tosupport another Claranet teams in our customer facilities.

You must have:

• Fluency in portuguese (mandatory);
• Fluency in english (valued);
• Experience in Windows operating systems and MacOS (troubleshooting & instalation);
• Experience in Office 365 management (users, mailboxs, distribution lists, licencinng, policys, etc);
• Experience in Microsoft Office application environments (troubleshooting & instalation);
• Management of users and groups in Active Directory;
• Access and permissions management in Microsoft Fileshare;
• Hardware and peripherals (Troubleshooting, software and hardware installation);
• Knowledge of networking troubleshooting and configuration (valued).
• Experience in managing CMDB assets;
• Remote access tools knowledge\ ITSM tools;
• On call support availability (out of work hours);
• Driving License.
