Claranet Portugal in Lisbon is seeking a Deskside Support Technician to join our rotating pool subteam, providing on-site and remote support for client environments. You will install and monitor software and hardware, manage Active Directory and Office 365, troubleshoot Windows and MacOS, and assist other Claranet teams at client sites.

Fluency in Portuguese is mandatory; English is valued. A valid driving license is required.

Qualificações

Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory) and English (valued).
Experience with Windows and MacOS troubleshooting/installation.
Experience in Office 365 management (users, mailboxes, licensing, policies).
Experience managing Active Directory users/groups and file shares.
Knowledge of networking basics; familiarity with ITSM tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Install, control and monitor software and hardware in Desktop Management environments.
Implement user account changes in Windows domain AD and email systems.
Resolve issues at client sites and remotely.
Diagnose network and system faults to determine root causes.
Provide hands-on support to other Claranet teams at client facilities.
