Qualificações

• Experience in Guest Relations, Host positions, or similar customer-facing role.
• Passion for guest experience and hospitality with attention to detail.
• Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills for international guests.
• Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm, personalized welcome.
• Manage reservations, arrivals, seating, and table rotation for smooth flow.
• Work confidently in a fast-paced setting while upholding luxury hospitality standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and address requests to ensure guests feel valued.
• Communicate with floor and management to ensure a seamless journey.
