Job summary

Numa in Lisboa, Portugal, is seeking a Guest Experience Agent (m/f/d) to manage guest requests and reservations across our European locations. This on-site role in Portugal offers a dynamic, multilingual environment and close collaboration with senior team members to ensure welcoming, efficient service.

You will handle communications across phone, WhatsApp, text, email, and booking platforms, supporting leisure and corporate guests with a proactive, high-quality approach.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: fluent in English (C1 or higher).
• Bonus if you also know German, Spanish, Italian, or French.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in customer service.
• Multilingual communication with flexibility and finesse.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and resolve issues empathetically and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage second-level guest communications and reservations for Numa properties across Europe.
• Handle guest requests via phone, WhatsApp, text, email, and multiple booking platforms.
• Collaborate with other Numa departments on complaint management, issue reporting, and relocation processes.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with guests and internal teams.
• Continuously improve and simplify processes with a proactive mindset.
• Work flexibly in rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
