Libere Hospitality Group in Porto seeks a Hospitality Operations Specialist to provide exceptional guest service and ensure smooth operation across our properties.

You will oversee backoffice tasks, manage stock orders, assist with check-in and guest information, and support the City Manager as needed. The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to deliver a memorable guest experience.

Qualificações

• Previous experience in the hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Responsabilidades

• Backoffice Area: Supervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks; Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.
• Administrative Area: Manage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.
• Customer Service Area: Assist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact.
