Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver premium multi-channel support (chat, email, phone) to users of leading global social platforms. You will assist with account setups, billing, native app troubleshooting, and AI feature rollouts.

The role offers on-site work with 40h/week, rotating Day or Night shifts, a base salary of €1,237.83 gross per month plus up to €300 monthly bonus, plus private health coverage and onboarding training.

• Fluent English/native-level English required.
• Strong technical adaptability and customer communication skills.
• Availability for rotating day or night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Account & Billing Management: support sign-ups, renewals, plan tiers, and billing inquiries.
• AI & Product Guidance: educate users on premium features and AI tools to maximize value.
• Multi-Channel & Outbound Support: handle inquiries with a high-touch, personalized approach.
• Technical Troubleshooting: diagnose and resolve native app issues to ensure a seamless experience.
