About the Role

As an Operations Customer Expert, you will deliver premium multi-channel support (chat, email, phone) to users of leading global social platforms. You'll help users navigate account setups, billing, native app troubleshooting, and exciting AI feature rollouts.

• Multi-Channel & Outbound Support: Handle inquiries with a high-touch, personalized approach.
