Qualifications

• EU citizenship or valid European work permit.
• English proficiency at C1-C2 level.
• Strong interest in new technologies, AI, and helping customers succeed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support across channels including billing, invoicing, and account access.
• Guide, support, and train clients on utilizing state-of-the-art AI tools.
• Identify and resolve platform issues to deliver high-quality service.
