Job summary

CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Operations Customer Expert to deliver premium multi-channel support (chat, email, phone) to users of leading global social platforms. You will assist with account setups, billing, native app troubleshooting, and AI feature rollouts.

The role offers on-site work with 40h/week, rotating Day or Night shifts, a base salary of €1,237.83 gross per month plus up to €300 monthly bonus, plus private health coverage and onboarding training.
