Doxis is seeking a Night Shift Service Desk Specialist in Portugal to keep critical IT systems running around the clock. You will handle inquiries, provide first-line support, and troubleshoot issues during night hours while maintaining service quality and incident documentation.

You'll work with Windows and Linux environments, SAP FI/MM knowledge, and SQL/Java app servers, supporting international clients and collaborating with global teams.

Qualificações

• IT or customer support background is required.
• Experience with international clients is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP FI/MM modules is desirable.
• Strong Windows and Linux technical understanding.
• Knowledge of SQL or Java application servers (Wildfly, Tomcat).
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Handle and qualify customer inquiries via ticketing system, email, and phone.
• Provide 1st level support and occasional 2nd level tasks.
• Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor systems and proactively identify potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and internal processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams for escalation and resolution.
• Maintain clear documentation of incidents and solutions.
