Kardex Portugal, Unipessoal Lda is expanding its IT team in Lisbon. We are seeking an IT Service Operations Specialist to act as the first point of contact for Service Desk requests, analyze hardware/software/network issues, and contribute to incident management.

Qualifications

• Act as the first point of contact for Service Desk requests.
• Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Document solutions for support cases and known issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and participate in incident management.
• Configure and support VMware environments, IP networks, and client/server hardware.
• Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory.
• Contribute to extended Service Desk coverage (on-call or shift rotations).
