Expleo seeks a remote Service Desk professional based in Portugal to support core IT services. You will manage incidents, provide first-line support, and ensure smooth access to standard tools like Active Directory and O365 for end users across the organization.

Required is 5+ years in service desk roles, fluency in English, and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi‑Fi. Portuguese residency is assumed, with remote work within Portugal.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Service Desk or similar roles.
• Strong command of Active Directory, O365, software installation, printers, and other standard applications.
• Solid knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi‑Fi.
• Fluency in English and one of Czech, Italian, German, or Spanish.
