Sixt in Portugal is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) to be the friendly voice that helps customers book, resolve inquiries, and handle invoices.

You will work fully remotely from Portugal in rotating night shifts 18:00 to 08:00, collaborating with international teams to deliver a premium experience.

The role emphasizes customer-centric service, problem solving, and using MS Office tools; prior contact center experience is preferred.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Available to work fully remotely from Portugal in rotating night shifts 18:00–08:00.
• Experience in customer service, call centre, or BPO environment is required.
• Organised, communicative, resilient under heavy workload, dependable.
• Thrives in international teams and collaborates across departments.
• Proficient with MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsabilidades

• You are the first point of contact for customers, advising on bookings, rental agreements, complaints, and invoices.
• Support business and private customers by phone and email, helping them navigate online bookings and find solutions.
• Approach interactions with a sympathetic ear and a solution-oriented mindset for full-service experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver excellent service and drive customer satisfaction.
