Devoteam is seeking a Service Operation Analyst in Porto to provide 1st level technical support across diverse technologies and to help ensure continuous market operations. You will work with Windows and Linux systems, databases, networks, and security environments in a multinational team.

The role requires strong analytical and communicative abilities and a readiness to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a 24/7 shift schedule.

Qualificações

• Experience providing technical support in enterprise or mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of networking, databases, infrastructure and security concepts.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem and Change Management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st Level Technical Support across a broad range of technologies.
• Support applications, network, systems (Linux and Windows), databases, and security environments.
• Work as part of a team operating in a 24/7 shift schedule to ensure continuous market operations.
• Prioritize, investigate, and resolve incidents, service requests, and technical queries across multiple systems.
• Troubleshoot issues related to applications, infrastructure, databases, networks, and security.
• Actively participate in major incident, problem, and change management processes.
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving support processes, operational efficiency, and service quality.
