Job summary

The Career Nest is seeking a Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English) in Lisbon. You will work on-site for the first 3 months, transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter, with fixed daytime hours Monday to Friday.

Base salary is €1,400 gross per month plus a signing bonus of €2,000 (paid in 6 installments), a €150 monthly language bonus, and a performance bonus up to €100 monthly based on KPIs. Weekend days are free, and a hybrid setup will be offered after three months.

• Fluent in Dutch or Flemish, written and spoken.

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency in Dutch or Flemish (native or equivalent, written and verbal)
• Strong conversational and written proficiency in English
• Current residence in Lisbon, Portugal with valid local working documentation
• Strong customer-first mindset, empathy, and solid digital communication skills
