Career Nest Academy is seeking a Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English) in Lisbon, Portugal. The role starts on-site for the first 3 months and transitions to a hybrid model thereafter.

You will handle customer inquiries in Dutch and English, delivering high-quality support from a local office. The position offers a base gross salary of €1,400 per month, a €2,000 signing bonus paid in instalments, a €150 language bonus per month, and performance-based monthly bonuses up to €100.

• Strong conversational and written proficiency in English.

Key Information & Role Details:

• Position: Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Local candidates residing in Lisbon only; no relocation package is provided)
• Work Type: On-site for the initial 3 months, transitioning to a Hybrid model thereafter
• Schedule & Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours (scheduled between 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 18:00; weekends off)
• Base Gross Salary: €1,400.00 gross per month

• Signing Bonus: €2,000.00 total bonus (paid out in 6 consecutive instalments)

Requirements:
