Career Nest Academy seeks a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join in Lisbon. The role starts on-site for the first 3 months and transitions to a hybrid model. You will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and ensure a high level of service excellence.

Candidates must reside in Lisbon, with local working documentation; weekend work is not expected. The position offers a €1,400 monthly gross salary plus a €2,000 signing bonus, a €150 monthly language bonus,

Key Information & Role Details:

• Position: Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Local candidates residing in Lisbon only; no relocation package is provided)
• Work Type: On-site for the initial 3 months, transitioning to a Hybrid model thereafter
• Schedule & Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours (scheduled between 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 18:00; weekends off)
• Base Gross Salary: €1,400.00 gross per month

• Signing Bonus: €2,000.00 total bonus (paid out in 6 consecutive instalments)
• Language Bonus: €150.00 extra gross per month
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100.00 monthly based on KPIs

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency in Dutch or Flemish (native or equivalent, written and verbal)
• Strong conversational and written proficiency in English
• Current residence in Lisbon, Portugal with valid local working documentation
• Strong customer-first mindset, empathy, and solid digital communication skills
