Career Nest Academy is hiring a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to support customers in Lisbon. The role starts on-site for the first 3 months, then transitions to a hybrid model.

Working days are Monday to Friday with daytime hours. The base gross salary is €1,400 per month, plus a €2,000 signing bonus paid in six installments, a €150 monthly language bonus, and a performance bonus up to €100 per month based on KPIs.

Key Information & Role Details:

• Position: Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Local candidates residing in Lisbon only; no relocation package is provided)
• Work Type: On-site for the initial 3 months, transitioning to a Hybrid model thereafter
• Schedule & Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours (scheduled between 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 18:00; weekends off)
• Base Gross Salary: €1,400.00 gross per month

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency in Dutch or Flemish (native or equivalent, written and verbal)
