Career Nest Academy in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English. The role begins on-site for 3 months and shifts to a hybrid model thereafter. The base gross salary is €1,400 per month, with a €2,000 signing bonus paid over six installments and monthly language and performance bonuses.

Candidates must reside in Lisbon with valid local working documents. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with standard daytime shifts, weekends off.

Key Information & Role Details:

• Position: Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Local candidates residing in Lisbon only; no relocation package is provided)
• Work Type: On-site for the initial 3 months, transitioning to a Hybrid model thereafter
• Schedule & Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours (scheduled between 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 18:00; weekends off)
• Base Gross Salary: €1,400.00 gross per month

Requirements:
