The Career Nest is seeking a Customer Support Agent fluent in Dutch and English to join our Lisbon team. The role is on-site for the first three months, then transitions to a hybrid model with weekday daytime hours.

You will handle Dutch and English inquiries from our Lisbon office, delivering high-quality service. The base gross salary is €1,400 per month, plus a €2,000 signing bonus paid in six installments, plus a €150 monthly language bonus and a performance bonus up to €100 monthly.

• Full professional fluency in Dutch (or Flemish) written and verbal.
• Strong English proficiency.
• Residence in Lisbon with valid local work documentation.

Key Information & Role Details:

• Position: Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English)
• Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Local candidates residing in Lisbon only; no relocation package is provided)
• Work Type: On-site for the initial 3 months, transitioning to a Hybrid model thereafter
• Schedule & Working Hours: Monday to Friday, standard daytime hours (scheduled between 07:00 – 16:00 / 08:00 – 18:00; weekends off)
• Base Gross Salary: €1,400.00 gross per month

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency in Dutch or Flemish (native or equivalent, written and verbal)
• Strong conversational and written proficiency in English
• Current residence in Lisbon, Portugal with valid local working documentation
• Strong customer-first mindset, empathy, and solid digital communication skills
