The Career Nest is hiring a Customer Support Agent (Dutch & English) in Lisbon, Portugal. Local candidates only; on-site for the first 3 months, then transitioning to a hybrid work model.

You will work Monday to Friday in standard daytime hours (07:00–16:00 or 08:00–18:00). Base gross salary is €1,400 per month, plus a €2,000 signing bonus paid in six installments, a €150 language bonus per month, and a monthly KPI-based bonus of up to €100.

Requirements:

• Full professional fluency in Dutch or Flemish (native or equivalent, written and verbal)
• Strong conversational and written proficiency in English
• Current residence in Lisbon, Portugal with valid local working documentation
• Strong customer-first mindset, empathy, and solid digital communication skills
