Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Microsoft Teams Service Manager for Portugal, based in Lisbon or Porto. You will ensure reliable, secure delivery of Teams services and drive AI-enabled innovation across our collaboration portfolio.

You will work with stakeholders, service partners, and technical teams to enhance end-user experience, manage service operations, and prepare for future roles within Siemens Energy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a comparable discipline.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 collaboration; ServiceNow experience a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Teams administration and service operations.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to design services around end-user needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in international environments.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation and service performance of Microsoft Teams and related services.
• Identify AI and Copilot opportunities to improve productivity and collaboration.
• Translate user needs into practical service improvements.
• Monitor health, incidents, and drive root-cause analysis with support teams.
• Manage introduction and readiness of new Teams features, including stakeholder communications.
