Siemens Energy in Portugal seeks a senior Platform Lead to own the end-to-end lifecycle of Microsoft Power Platform services, from design to adoption. You will define strategy, architecture, governance, and enablement programs across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and Power BI.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience designing and governing enterprise-scale low-code, automation, data, analytics, or AI platforms.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.
• Fluent English; Portuguese is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage end-to-end lifecycle of Power Platform services, including strategy, architecture, governance, and enablement.
• Define integration architectures for SAP, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and Azure services.
• Lead platform operations, ALM, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Mentor architects, developers, and citizen developers globally to raise platform maturity.
• Drive adoption of responsible AI and ensure compliance with security policies.
