Job summary

Siemens Energy in Portugal seeks an IT Security professional to support the energy transition by strengthening enterprise security, certificate handling, and Trustcenter operations. The role collaborates with Microsoft and IT teams to drive secure, scalable services across the Digital Core environment.

You will engage with cross-functional teams, contribute to project planning, and help shape security tooling and processes while working in a flexible on-site/remote setup within Lisbon or Porto.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• Proven track record in Enterprise Security processes and best practices.
• Experience in publishing and distributing corporate certificates.
• Familiarity with industry-leading Trustcenter Technologies.
• Proficiency in MS InTune, Entra, and M365, along with experience in Enterprise DNS and DHCP technology.
• Strong communication skills; ITIL Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with industry leaders in Microsoft, Security, Cybersecurity, and Trustcenter services.
• Partner with IT Leadership, cross-functional teams, and project managers to plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and timelines for new initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical input to teams regarding Services, Tooling, and Processes.
• Coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives to ensure seamless execution.
• Work closely with Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams on key services and projects, and with IAM Operations teams to drive continuous improvement in support.
• Manage complex issues that may arise in the global MS Tenant environment.
