Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Workplace Services Specialist to join our Global Functions in Lisbon or Porto, helping ensure spaces to develop and manufacture cutting-edge solutions.

You will support global service teams and vendors, coordinate escalations, and track performance metrics from DWP vendors, delivering updates to IT leadership and technical teams. This role leverages ITIL-informed processes and strong communication to drive continuous improvement across Workplace Services.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field in Business Administration.
• Experience in escalation coordination and vendor management, showcasing a proven track record of effective communication with global teams.
• Strong communication skills that facilitate collaboration and problem-solving.
• ITIL certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support global service teams and vendors in delivering essential Workplace services, including MS Windows, Intune, Defender, Purview, Apple Business Manager, and Mobile Device Management.
• Coordinate and communicate escalations and vendor management topics effectively.
• Meet and track performance metrics and initiatives from DWP vendors, providing regular updates to IT leadership and technical teams.
• Offer technical input to Workplace Services, Tooling, and Processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Collaborate directly with DWP Operations teams to drive cross-discipline initiatives and enhance support processes.
