Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an IT Service Manager for Privileged Access Management in Portugal, with hybrid work options in Lisbon or Porto. You will lead PAM-related services, collaborate across IT leadership, and ensure smooth governance of security and access controls.

The role requires a strong background in Enterprise Security, PAM tooling, and MS 365 ecosystems, with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Proven Enterprise Security experience and PAM processes.
• Experience with PAM technologies and standard PAM processes & documentation.
• Proficiency with MS InTune, Entra, and M365.
• Experience with Enterprise DNS and DHCP technology.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
• ITIL Certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Work with Microsoft, Security, Cybersecurity, and PAM services and processes.
• Plan and develop project scope, deliverables, resources, budgets, and timelines.
• Provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers.
• Offer technical input to identify services, tooling, and processes.
• Coordinate cross-project initiatives with Digital Workplace & Endpoint teams.
• Partner with IAM Operations to drive continuous improvement in support processes.
• Manage complex issues in the global MS Tenant environment.
