BlueView Talent in Portugal is seeking a Customer Specialist to support a Medical Devices Project. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, handling product questions, orders and account requests while ensuring high-quality service.

Two languages required (Italian C1/C2 and English C1). EU citizenship or Portuguese residency is needed. The role offers a hybrid work model with relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of customer support experience.
• Fluent in Italian (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via phone, email, chat and other channels.
• Assist customers with product questions, orders, and account requests.
• Record interactions and resolutions in internal systems accurately.
• Elevate complex cases to appropriate teams and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet quality, productivity, service-level and customer satisfaction targets.
• Stay informed on medical devices and company procedures through training.
