Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices Project in Portugal. You will support customers via phone, email, and chat, handling product information, orders, deliveries, and accounts, and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure a positive experience.

Fluency in Dutch and English (C1 level) is required, with EU citizenship or Portuguese residency. At least 1 year in customer support, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and empathetic customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to medical devices, products, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.
• Provide accurate information while following company policies and guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and deliver appropriate solutions efficiently.
• Handle concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Record customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems accurately.
• Collaborate with internal departments to investigate and resolve issues.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, accuracy, productivity, and satisfaction.
• Follow procedures for medical device-related inquiries.
• Continuously update knowledge of products and regulatory requirements through training.
