BlueView Talent is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices project based in Porto, Portugal. You will support customers across phone, email, chat, and other channels, handling product information, orders, accounts, deliveries, and services to ensure a positive experience.

The role requires Dutch and English language fluency, at least 1 year in customer support, and EU citizenship or Portuguese residency.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support or similar.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer assistance via phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Assist with product information, orders, accounts, deliveries and services.
• Document interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Escalate technical or complex cases to relevant teams as needed.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy and productivity.
