Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or Portuguese residency

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly, and empathetic customer assistance through phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Support customers with questions related to medical devices, products, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.
• Provide clear and accurate information while following company policies and guidelines.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating when required.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work with internal departments to investigate and resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
